Welcome to UsedNikon.com!
The focus of this website is to inform folks about used Nikon gear and what appropriate pricing should be. Of course this is hardly an exact science and sellers can ASK for whatever they want, but an educated buyer is a way to beat the con-artists or even help people sell their gear for a price that works. I paid a thousand dollars for my D70 and 18-70 DX lens years ago and today that package is worth half that. Knowing that is 90% of the battle for the buyer and seller alike.
Navigating the site is a snap...simply click the links at the top of the page.
UsedNikon.com is updated daily!
This sight will also carry reviews of cameras and lenses, but they are not the type of reviews you'll see on bigger sites. I USE the gear and then report. I don't shoot brick walls or stare at 300% crops of buildings to judge a lens. I also don't shoot ISO 6400 on a bright day to judge low light ability. I'm a professional shooter and USING the gear on real jobs is typically the only true way to test a camera or lens.
In the coming months this site will also carry a classified section. It'll be free to post and the approved ads will be posted daily.
We hope you'll enjoy these fledgling days of UsedNikon.com and hope you'll visit often.
